Intended purpose

To be used by periodontists and dentists to ablate soft tissues and some hard tissues. Primary use is for LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure - cementum-mediated new periodontal ligament attachment to the root surface in the absence of long junctional epithelium.Other uses are for Hemostasis, Abscess incision, Abscess drainage, Aphthous ulcers, Biopsy Incisional, Biopsy Excisional, Crown lengthening, Fibroma, Frenectomy, Gingivectomy, Hemostasis, Hygiene curettage, Sulcular debridement, Tissue Recontouring, Troughing, Dentin Etch, RCT Sterilization
