RELIANCE 4-FRONT defibrillator lead is a transvenous, steroid-eluting, integrated bipolar, DF-4 compatible lead intended for permanent sensing, pacing, and defibrillation when used with a compatible Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) or Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Defibrillator (CRT-D).
