Intended purpose
The Targeted Alarm Service (TAS) is a software service used to distribute alarm data and context information. Based on the IEEE 11073 SDC protocol, the product connects medical devices to defined alarm communication devices in order to become part of a distributed alarm system for patient monitoring.
