Intended purpose

A Spacer/Holding Chamber is a non-invasive, non active medical device intended for transient use. It is designed to temporarily hold and channel aerosolised medication from a pressurised metered dose inhaler (pMDI) allowing the patient easier coordination to inhale medication as part of routine drug delivery and diagnostic testing.
