Hip Augments are designed to act as a defect filling implant in case of severe bone loss in the acetabulum, to help increase the stability of the acetabular component. The Augments are indicated to provide structural reinforcement of the pelvic bones to allow the acetabular cup to be implanted during total hip replacement surgeries, particularly in cases of: • Congenital dysplasia • Acetabular fractures • Revision of previous implants in presence of insufficient trophism or seriously altered bone structures
