Intended purpose
PrismaLung+ as single use device is intended to partially remove CO2 from the patient’s venous blood stream through a membrane. PrismaLung+ shall be used as part of an extracorporeal circuit in conjunction with the PrisMax control unit (software version 3.0 or higher).
