Patient Programmer – C701 - Multi-purpose electrical stimulation system programmer

Intended purpose

The PINS patient programmer model C701 is one of the external devices for use with the corresponding deep brain stimulation implantable pulse generator for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease . It allows patients to monitor and operate the implanted pulse generator at home.

Functional description

The patient programmer consists of a controller and a communication coil. The communication coil is connected to the controller via a cable. The patient programmer sends/receives the information wirelessly via the communication coil
