Intended purpose
The Lead extension is a part of the Nevro Spinal Cord Stimulation System which is intended to aid in the management of chronic intractable pain of the truck and/or limbs. The Lead extension is used when the implant site for the IPG is too far from the stimulation site to directly connect the stimulation lead.
Functional description
The distal end of the lead extender is designed to accept the proximal end of the percutaneous lead. One end of the lead will be connected to the Percutaneous Lead and the other end will be connected to the IPG. The content of the kit includes a torque wrench.
