A waist-worn inertial recorder, that continuously registers Parkinson’s Disease (PD) motor symptoms. The system generates automatic reports to help the health professional to accurately identify the severity and distribution of motor symptoms in real daily living environments. The healthcare professional uses these reports to adjust the treatment or medication and improve the PD patient’s symptom control and quality of life.
