G7 E1 acetabular liner - Non-constrained polyethylene acetabular liner

Intended purpose

Antioxidant infused, highly cross-linked UHMWPE acetabular liner intended for use with the Biomet G7 multiple bearing acetabular system in primary or revision cases. The liner must be inserted in the acetabular shell to complete the system. Liners may be used with mating components indicated for either cemented or uncemented use.

Functional description

Vitamin E infused polyethylene acetabular liner for use with acetabular shell, with locking mechanism utilizing tightly toleranced tongue and groove fit between shell and liner. The vitamin E acts to maximize polyethylene strength, wear resistance and oxidative resistance.
