Intended purpose
SATURNE II dual mobility liner A.X.P.E is intended for use as an acetabular component of total hip replacement to reduce pain and restore joint mobility, in cases of:
Functional description
SATURNE II dual mobility liner A.X.P.E is a vitamin-E stabilized crosslinked UHMWPE mobile liner for 22.2 and 28mm femoral heads, intended to be implanted with a metallic dual mobility acetabular cup from the SATURNE/SATURNE II ranges. The inner concave surface of the retentive liner articulates with the femoral head. The outer convex surface of the liner is set in motion within the fixed cup when the femoral stems engages with the liner.
