Intended purpose

HeartSave myPAD 675A devices are designed to be used in case of suspected sudden cardiac arrest, to guide the operator to start resuscitation, to analyze victim’s ECG, to deliver defibrillation therapy through self-adhesive electrodes in case of a shockable rhythm and to guide the operator to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Functional description

The HeartSave myPAD 675A is an fully-automatic external defibrillator (AED) with an integrated Single Channel ECG. The ECG is recorded using the electrodes. The HeartSave myPAD 675A can detect potentially fatal heart arrhythmia. HeartSave myPAD 675A generates the electric shock needed to bring the patient back to consciousness (defibrillation). This method is the generally recognized therapy. HeartSave myPAD 675A is equipped with LCD display, electrodes, CPR sensor and battery.
