Intended purpose
HeartSave myPAD 675 devices are designed to be used in case of suspected sudden cardiac arrest, to guide the operator to start resuscitation, to analyze victim’s ECG, to deliver defibrillation therapy through self-adhesive electrodes in case of a shockable rhythm and to guide the operator to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Functional description
The HeartSave myPAD 675 is an semi-automatic external defibrillator (AED) with an integrated Single Channel ECG. The ECG is recorded using the electrodes. The HeartSave myPAD 675 can detect potentially fatal heart arrhythmia. HeartSave myPAD 675 generates the electric shock needed to bring the patient back to consciousness (defibrillation). This method is the generally recognized therapy. The HeartSave myPAD 675 is equipped with a shock button, LCD display, electrodes,CPR sensor and battery.
