Intended purpose

The KLS Martin bipolar forceps NON-STICK r e d are intended for coagulating, dissecting, grasping and manipulating and tissue. A suitable bipolar cable must be used to connect these products to the appropriate output of an electrosurgical unit that uses bipolar coagulation current. The maximum output voltage of the generator may not exceed 500 Vp. The appropriate output power setting depends on the specific application, the type of forceps used and the selected coagulation current. In addition, however, the relevant instructions provided in the user manual of the electrosurgical unit must be observed and followed as well.
