Intended purpose
Cannulas for use in ophthalmic and cataract surgery for various purposes, - to inject various Liquids and air through a blunt tip - for cortical cleaning - for retracting the iris and irrigating at the same time - to make an incision in the anterior membrane of the lens capsule, to facilitate the removal of the lens nucleus during phacoemulsification or planned extra cap lens removal - to remove cortex from the posterior capsule membrane in a scraping motion and irrigate at the same time - to help manipulate the lens cortex during phacoemulsification procedure - to remove opacity on the posterior capsule/ manipulate the lens tissue while aspirating remaining debris following phacoemulsification - for posterior chamber surgery - for LASIK Surgery (Cornea) for flap opening/repositioning
