Orthopaedic bone screw (non-sliding)

Intended purpose

It is intended as a temporary implant, including non-bioabsorbable orthopaedic screws used to hold a plate to bone or to provide interfragmentary stabilisation of a long bone, and to aid in the correction of the angle of growth and the length by modulating growth of the physis in paediatric (child and adolescent) patients, supporting correction of angular or rotational deformities and LLD. The screws are not intended for intramedullary fixation, or craniofacial or spinal use.
