Intended purpose
The Osteotome is used for the last steps in the sinus floor elevation procedure after the site has been prepared by an adequate drilling procedure and further drilling is not recommended. The Osteotome penetrates the bone, applying an upwards vertical force on the sinus floor. The Osteotome does not penetrate the sinus membrane. This is a reusable device.
