Intended purpose

MapRT is a video based three-dimensional (3D) surface imaging system intended for use in radiotherapy clinics by radiotherapy professionals during the CT simulation and treatment planning stages of radiotherapy for collision avoidance and facilitating dose optimisation. The MapRT system is intended for use during simulation and planning of precision radiotherapy for lesions, tumours and conditions anywhere in the body where radiation is indicated.
