Intended purpose
A sterile IV cannula that can be used for: - blood transfusion or Infusion of I.V. solutions suitable for administration via peripheral veins. - Intermittent intravenous Drug administration. - Prophylactic creation of a secure venous access in patients who may require urgent intravenous drug administration, - Some models are also suitable for blood sampling. - Some models can be used within CT scan and MRI procedures.
