Intended purpose
These PTFE sutures are non absorbable sutures. It can come with various type of needles. It is intended to be used for all types of soft tissue approximation and or ligation for dental and other general surgeries to join the edges of a wound or incision by suturing. The device can be used for long term. It is not intended for cardiovascular or neurological use.
