Intended purpose

Intended for the endovascular embolisation of intracranial aneurysms. Also intended for embolisation of other neuro vascular abnormalities such as arteriovenous malformations and arteriovenous fistulae. Also intended for arterial and venous embolisations in the peripheral vasculature.

Functional description

The embolisation coil is detached by use of a hand-held Instant Detacher which releases the coil from the delivery pusher tip into the vasculature.
