Intended purpose

The Attune RP-PS Tibial Inserts are one component of the Attune Total Knee Arthroplasty System and is indicated for primary total knee arthroplasty cemented use in cases of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis or to replace failed Attune RP-PS Inserts. The Attune RP-PS Tibial inserts are implantable contoured polymer inserts intended to articulate with the RP primary bases in cases where the cruciate ligament cannot be saved.

Functional description

The Attune RP-PS (Rotating Platform Posterior Stabilising) Insert is one of four main components of the Attune Total Knee System. All Attune RP-PS inserts are manufactured from UHMWPE with the addition of AOX. The RP-PS inserts should be the same size as the selected CR or PS femoral component. The RP-PS inserts articulate with the RP primary bases and should be within 2 sizes of the RP tibial base and the same size as the selected CR or PS femoral component.
