Intended purpose

The Restore Wrap (Model: HY-119) is a medical device intended to emit energy in the visible and Near-Infrared (Near-IR) spectrum to provide localized topical heating. The device is intended to temporarily elevate tissue temperature for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain and stiffness, minor arthritis pain, and muscle spasms. Its use may result in a temporary increase in local blood circulation and temporary relaxation of muscles.
