Intended purpose

Electrosurgical equipment for cutting and coagulation of tissue. Resectoscopes and accessories are intended to provide endoscopically controlled surgical access for procedures involving the resection, cutting, ablation, vaporisation or removal of soft tissue and coagulation where haemostasis is required. HF electrodes for Resectoscopes are instrument series intended for use in endoscopic transurethral (urological) and transcervical (gynaecological) surgical procedures involving the resection, cutting, ablation, vaporisation or removal of soft tissue and coagulation where haemostasis is required, using 0.9% NaCI solution (saline) as the irrigation medium.
