SMR Reverse Humeral Body with Locking screw Ti6Al4V + HA - Reverse shoulder prosthesis body

Intended purpose

The Reverse Humeral Body is part of the SMR Reverse Shoulder System and is indicated for partial or total, primary or revision shoulder joint replacement in patients suffering from disability. In cases with a deficient and unreconstructable rotator cuff, a hemiprosthesis with a CTA head or a Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty is indicated.

Functional description

The Reverse Humeral Body is HA coated and made of Ti6Al4V. The Reverse Humeral Body is attached to the Humeral Stem to provide a connection point for the Adaptor that connects the Humeral Head or the CTA Humeral Head to the humeral body. The Humeral Head articulates with the Glenoid Fossa or the Reverse liner that provides an articulation point for the Reverse Glenosphere.
