Intended purpose

The Equinoxe Reverse Shoulder humeral liner is implanted in the patient as part of a reverse total shoulder prosthesis. The humeral liner attaches to Exactech's humeral adapter tray, which is attached to the humeral stem. The humeral liner serves as an articulating surface for the glenosphere.

Functional description

The Equinoxe Small Reverse Humeral Liner is made of UHMWPE and connects to the humeral stem via adapter and replaces the articular surface of the humerus as part of a reverse shoulder replacement. The Constrained Humeral Liner is an option for surgeons if additional stability is required based upon the trial reduction.
