Intended purpose

The Prophy Line Scaler is an ultrasonic handpiece for the “drive” of scaler tips that are used for the removal of sub- and supragingival calculus during professional tooth cleaning by healthcare professionals. Ultrasonic handpieces and scaler tips are also used for cavity preparation, for cleaning, rinsing and preparing root canals, for loosening inlays, crowns and bridges and for periodontal therapy.
