To detect and treat chronic symptomatic brady arrhythmia and various atrioventricular conduction abnormalities by providing sensing in the right ventricle or right atrium.

The Assurity MRI Pacemaker Model PM1272 is a single chamber pacemaker with RF telemetry. The device has device header with IS-1 connector for connection of unipolar and bipolar IS-1 leads. The device is MR conditional.
