Spherical Neuro Swabs - Sponge, neuro

Intended purpose

Spherical Neuro Swabs are used predominantly in open brain and spine surgery, to absorb CSF and blood or rinsing fluids. They are also employed for cleaning the surgical field and to stop bleedings. Duration of use is transient, designed for a continuous use over a period of at most 60 minutes.

Functional description

Spherical Neuro Swabs are made from tested, high-quality fibres. All the neurosurgical swabs are (unless otherwise required) equipped with a thread to facilitate identification and postoperative counting. Available with or without x-ray marking.
