Intended purpose

Synaptive™ Trackable Suction is a vacuum-powered body fluid suction apparatus that is used to remove fluids and small solid masses from the surgical site through aspiration. It is powered by an external source of vacuum. The device can be used to provide surgical suction for procedures while optionally allowing a localization system to track its position in 3D space.
