Intended purpose

The Disposable Orthopaedic Suction set is used in orthopaedic surgery, especially hip arthroplasty. The device is usually connected to an extension tube and a vacuum source for aspiration from the operative field to suction out bodily fluids and debris and leave a clean bone. It is composed of collection chamber (trapping/filtering bone debris) and straight and curved suction tips. Manufactured in Sterile and Non-Sterile version. Non-sterile versions are the customer's responsibility to sterilise.
