Intended purpose

The Blue Diode Laser Surgical System is intended for use in hospital or medical institutions to vaporize and coagulate human soft tissues for the surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The 450nm laser is used for soft tissue vaporization / vaporesection, while the 976nm laser is used for intraoperative stopping bleeding.
