Suture/needle passer

Intended purpose

A surgical instrument used for manipulating sutures during arthroscopic procedures, particularly the passing of suture threads from anchors through the soft tissue construct that is being locked down onto the bone. Some versions of the device are sterile disposable items, and have been accepted under this code by the TGA.
