Intended purpose

Filbloc knotless wound closure devices are indicated for soft tissue approximation where use of an absorbable suture is appropriate.

Functional description

Filbloc is a barbed suture with a self-locking system available in different sizes: unidirectional with final lock system, two-way double needle, two-way with a centre pointer and loop. Suitable for different surgical procedures where a running suture technique is required. Functional, fast and safe. It does not require knots, it guarantees a high tightness with a constant stress distribution along the section of approximated tissues
