Intended purpose

Scolioscan is a imaging modality for the assessment of spine deformity using a 3D ultrasound technique. It provides a coronal view of spine for the evaluation of severity of scoliosis. It is designed to use in hospital or clinics settings for scoliosis screening, diagnosis, curve progression monitoring, treatment outcome assessment, and scientific research. In addition, the system can facilitate spinal brace fitting for scoliosis patients.
