Intended purpose

A general-purpose ultrasound imaging system intended to receive, process and enhance ultrasound imaging signals from compatible transducers. The system is for use by sufficiently trained healthcare professionals for ultrasound imaging, measurement and analysis of internal anatomical structures and physiological functions.
