Intended purpose

Therapeutic ultrasound can be applied to a wide range of conditions. These include acute and sub acute traumatic and inflammatory conditions, chronic rheumatoid and arthritic conditions, scar and excessive fibrous tissue for pain relief. It is intended the ultrasound unit only be used by qualified healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists who have received training in electrotherapy.
