Reclaim Locking Bolt - Uncoated hip femur prosthesis, modular

Intended purpose

The Reclaim Locking Bolt in one of the components of RECLAIM™ Revision Hip System. It is composed of individually packaged components, including metal distal stems, metal proximal components and metal locking bolt assembly. Reclaim Revision Hip System is indicated for cementless use in total hip arthroplasty and composes of individually packaged metal femoral hip stem (distal stem, proximal component, and locking bolt assembly components designed to replace the natural articular surface of the hip joint. The Tensile Bar is an instrument used to aid implant assembly.

Functional description

The Reclaim Locking Bolt is made from CoCr and PEEK. It is used to connect the Reclaim Proximal Body to the Reclaim Distal Stem.
