MUTARS GenuX MK femoral component cemented TiN - Uncoated knee femur prosthesis

Intended purpose

A component of the MUTARS system intended to replace the femoral articulating surfaces of the knee. Primary indication for the use of the MUTARS systems is after bone resection because of a tumour. Further indications for the use of the MUTARS systems are massive bone loss such as in Morbus Gorham or for the revision arthroplasty and for the prosthetic treatment in case of fractures, pseudarthrosis and arthrosis.

Functional description

Composed of CoCrMo coated with TiN. Femoral component of a constrained knee replacement prosthesis. Connects to various femoral stems as part of the Modular Universal Tumour and Revision System (MUTARS) using the GenuX MK- modular knee system option. 360 degree free adjustable offset.
