Intended purpose

A cemented femoral component of the GENUS PANTHEON knee. The GENUS PANTHEON knee is intended for treatment of patients who are candidates for total knee arthroplasty per the following indications for use: - Complex primary surgeries, - Moderate bone loss, - Revisions, where other devices or treatments have failed.

Functional description

Made of CoCrMo alloy. Anatomical shape & constant condyle radius from -70 to +20 degrees flexion. Between the condyles is a cam that interacts with a post located on the tibial insert, to allow the roll-back mechanism to occur. Proximal side of the femoral box has Morse cone that couples with extension stems. Threaded holes in the posterior, non-articulating, section and on the distal, non-articulating, section to fix posterior and distal femoral augments, by means of fixation screws.
