Intended purpose

Regulates therapeutic gas flow "on demand" in response to a negative pressure. Can provide therapeutic gas to a breathing victim, with minimal respiratory effort or to deliver therapeutic gas for pain relief and analgesia. Can be used to demand fill a bag valve mask.
