The valve is intended for single patient use on adult and pediatric circuits for use on certain ventilators. The two-way valve is intended for use on dual limb circuits; it is marked with an arrow indicating the flow direction.The three-way valve is intended for use on single limb circuits, it is marked with a large arrow and "PATIENT" indicating the flow direction.
