Cochlear implant system evaluation application software

Cochlear implant programming software comprises a software interface between a computer and sound processor that enables configuration of the cochlear implant system. These devices are used to provide auditory sensation via electrical stimulation of the auditory pathways for severely to profoundly hearing-impaired individuals who obtain little or no benefit from acoustic amplification, as well as for partially deaf individuals and those with single-sided deafness.
