Device Category Dossier for Coronary venous pacing lead. Australian ARTG records, sponsors, device class — compiled by arcimedes.

Coronary venous pacing leads are implanted permanently and transvenously into the coronary venous system via the coronary sinus to enable chronic left-ventricular pacing through a coronary vein. They are used in conjunction with a pacemaker or defibrillator to provide permanent sensing and pacing for cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients requiring left-ventricular resynchronization.
