Negative pressure wound therapy systems are integrated wound management devices that provide negative pressure wound therapy with an optional instillation capability, functioning through tubing and pad assemblies that conduct negative pressure to remove wound fluid whilst optionally delivering topical treatment solutions. These systems are indicated for patients with chronic, acute, traumatic, subacute and dehisced wounds, partial-thickness burns, and various ulcers including diabetic, pressure and venous insufficiency types, as well as for flaps and grafts.
