Orthosis, spinal, lumbosacral, pendulous abdomen support

Lumbosacral and abdominal support devices are externally applied orthoses that encompass the lumbosacral spine region of the trunk to support or immobilise deformities, fractures, sprains, or strains of the spine, as well as to provide support for a pendulous abdomen. These devices enable people with moderate to severe physical disability to participate in a range of activities outside of the wheelchair by providing trunk support.
