Suprapubic catheter/drain

Suprapubic catheters are devices intended for catheterisation and drainage of the bladder through an incision in the abdominal wall in the suprapubic region. These devices are used for supra-pubic drainage of the urinary bladder in clinical contexts including post-surgical bladder management, bladder dysfunction, urinary retention, and diagnostic assessment of urine.
