Urethral catheter, drainage, indwelling, temperature-monitoring

Foley catheters with temperature sensors are indwelling urethral catheters that drain the urinary bladder whilst simultaneously monitoring core body temperature. These devices are used for drainage of the urinary bladder and simultaneous monitoring of core body temperature in patients requiring both urinary catheterisation and continuous temperature assessment.
