Delta One TT Acetabular Cup (Ti6AI4V) - Acetabular shell

Intended purpose

The Delta One TT Acetabular cup is part of the Delta Revision System indicated for Advanced articular destruction generated by primary degenerative or post-traumatic arthrosis or rheumatoid arthritis; fracture or avascular necrosis; congenital or acquired deformity; ailures of previous operations, like osteosynthesis, articular reconstruction, arthrodesis, hemi- arthroplasty or total arthroplasty.

Functional description

The Delta one TT acetabular cup is made from Ti6AI4V and is coupled with standard, polyethlyene, metal or a ceramic liner. The hemispheric titanium alloy design is suitable for uncemented implants and the diamter is oversized to achieve a perfect press-fit. The trabecular titanium structure maximises primary stability of the implant and enhance osteointergration and osteoinduction process. The three holes in the cranial area are designed to accomodate screws when greater stability is required.
