Intended purpose
The Scavenging Circuit is connected to an O2-N2O mixer and is used to deliver a gas mixture of O2 and N2O to the patient’s nose for inhalation sedation. At the same time, the gas mixture exhaled by the patient is exhausted through the Scavenging Circuit and the suction connected to the system. The Vacuum Control Block is used to monitor and adjust the suction power.”
